It is those that have billions invested in wood pulp paper and energy futures that are doing their best to block any legislation to cultivate Hemp in the U.S. And they play the marijuana "Reefer Madness" card to deceive the masses, The mainstream media generally refuses to report on the difference between them because the corporations that own almost all the media outlets in this country are also the same people that stand to lose the most if Hemp were to become a legal crop in America again.
Hemp could be perceived as a threat to a multitude of industries, When a congressional representative votes NO on Hemp just look and see what industry he/she represents in their district and you will see why they voted the way they did.
