Eight states (including Oregon as the most recent) have allowed industrial (non cannabis) hemp research or production, but thus far implementation has been hampered by the Drug Enforcement Agency.
That statement SHOULD be(Non-Psychoactive)Cannabis research or production.
Every time I see statements like this, I just have to shake my head in disbelief.It is errors like this that confuse people that do not know any better yet.

The Government does NOT want it Legal, It would affect way too many Big Industries that support our current politicians.
