I guess they are getting some kind of Perverted pleasure in destroying other peoples lives in the interest of MONEY!!! Have to keep the Body count Inflated to justify the requests for MORE Federal Anti-Drug funds. Legalize Cannabis and REMOVE this Corruption Incentive.
